• Den nya dataskyddsförordningen GDPR, General data protection regulation, kommer att påverka många företag det här året. Det handlar bland annat om att hålla reda på sina register, på vilket sätt man får skicka ut lönespecifikationer och vilka uppgifter som man får lagra i sina system. (Läs mer i Resultat nr 10 2017)
• Arbetsgivardeklarationen kommer att ske på individnivå från 1 juli 2018 i företag som har personalliggare och fler än 15 anställda per detta datum. Det innebär att dessa företag inte ska lämna kontrolluppgifter årsvis, utan istället varje månad. För övriga företag införs dessa regler 1 januari 2019.
• Trängselskatten är en förmån från och med januari 2018. Detta kan ställa till det administrativt för företagen när de ska hålla koll på skillnaden mellan tjänsteresor och privatresor.

Tänk på att

• Vid tveksamheter i deklarationen, bifoga en extra bilaga där du beskriver frågeställningen och hur du har resonerat. Detta innebär att du gjort ett så kallat öppet yrkande och Skatteverket kan då inte påföra skattetillägg.
• Se över ditt pensionsskydd, ofta finns möjlighet att ”köpa ikapp” vilket innebär att högre premier än huvudregeln på 35 procent kan vara avdragsgilla.
